BUSBAR CONSTRUCTION

1- Conductor:

  • The conductor material is 99.99% pure copper, guaranteeing excellent conductivity.
  • Conductivity is rigorously tested at the factory, meeting a minimum standard of 52.0 mS/M according to IACS.
  • Optional tin plating along the entire length provides enhanced corrosion resistance.
  • Standard dimensions are maintained for every rating, ensuring compatibility and ease of installation.

 

2- Insulation:

  • The insulation material utilizes a patented double-layer design with an overall thickness of 0.175 mm.
  • Featuring true double-layer insulation with more than four layers between each two phases, ensuring optimal insulation performance.
  • With an operating temperature exceeding 300 degrees Celsius, the insulation surpasses Class H standards, indicating superior thermal stability.
  • The insulation material is genuinely fire-retardant, capable of withstanding temperatures of up to 960 degrees Celsius without burning.
  • The busbars undergo rigorous type testing for 8 KV, with a design inherently providing insulation for more than 24 KV, ensuring robust electrical insulation.

 

3- Enclosure:

  • The enclosure is constructed from extruded aluminum, offering lightweight properties and superior thermal conductivity.
  • Dies for the enclosure are manufactured in the UK with very low tolerance according to A.N.S.I H35.2 standards, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Painted with RAL7035 STD durable paint for better corrosion and scratch resistance, ensuring longevity and aesthetic appeal.
  • The enclosure design provides better dimensional stability and features a true sandwich design with no air gaps between the casing and conductors.
  • Utilizing a patented design for heat dissipation through a pressurized system, ensuring efficient cooling and prolonged component lifespan.
